Thank you for taking the time to complete our quick test. This test serves as a good first step to determine if you have the drive and interest required for becoming a Church Planter.

First, you will fill out an informational form, so that we can contact you with your results and send them to the appropriate Southern Baptist group for your state, if you desire. There are also some brief demographic questions so that we can determine which groups are expressing interest in becoming Church Planters.

Next, you will take the test itself. It is a very quick test (only 20 yes/no questions), so it does not take long to complete. Once you are finished, you will receive your results and can use them to help determine if you are ready to become a Church Planter!
